Sam is a certified personal trainer (accreditation in coming in April) and semi-professional footballer who has played across various levels of football both domestically and internationally. He has represented the U18 England Schoolboys National Team earning five international caps, played college soccer as a NCAA D1 Student-Athlete, and competed in numerous semi-professional leagues in the UK.
Sam now uses his expertise and experiences as an athlete to assist others with achieving their respective fitness goals.

Graduating from a top UK university and working as a Finance professional at a leading global firm, I cultivated professional success however my personal life remained unfulfilled. Some of my highlights include competing in athletics at National Level and performing songs at the London Excel Arena. However, it was through my passion for fitness and well-being, that I found a holistic approach to which helped me better my health and productivity in all aspects of my life and with this I want to help others to become the best version of themselves.
